I would give it ZERO stars if I could!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!! & by HORRIBLE I mean freaking HORRIBLE! I got my car towed today through AAA and everything was going good until it was time for me to go get my car from the destination I asked for it to be towed to. Long story short my car was not taking to the right address several blocks from where I asked for it to be dropped off at on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STREET I looked for it for over a hour and once I finally did find the car to move it to the right address the car wouldn't start. So I called the company & they pretty much act like it wasn't their problem and I would have to call AAA again to get the car jumped or taken to the right address! Like it was my fault my car was dropped off blocks away from where u were told to take it! Just ridiculous! Very unprofessional! I would never recommended this company to anyone after what I experienced today!!! ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������

Be careful about buying used tires from this place. I purchased a set of 2 used tires awhile back. After the install, I noticed one of the tires had a hole in the sidewall. When a tire has a hole in the sidewall, you are never supposed to attempt to patch or plug such a tire. Not this place. I pointed the hole out to the "mechanic" and figured he would do the right thing and replace the tire. Instead , he plugged my tire and told me (in broken english) "it ok, wont break". I asked him for another tire, but since he already had my cash in hand, he refused. Two months later, the inevidable happened, my tire BLEW OUT cause I rubbed a curb and sheared the plug off (which was not supposed to be there anyway). So, I had to pay for a tow to a shop and bought another tire from someplace else which set me back $125.oo. They also sell used cars on the side, which, I'd personally second guess for quality. I'll stick with other tire places...
