        William Kasper, M.D. is a board certified ophthalmologist who emphasized the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of ocular disorders. He is an active member of the local ophthalmology community, contributing to the scientific and educational information of several ophthalmologic societies, and training residents the art and science of the specialty at the Nassau County Medical Center. Dr. Kasper is fluent in French and Spanish and enjoys travelling to different countries. Some of his favorite pastimes include babysitting his granddaughters, marine biology, and fishing. He is still in touch with many of his Brooklyn College fraternity brothers.

        Dr Kasper is very competent and professional eye doctor.

        My right eye was sore and infected with a blocked gland. Dr. Kasper knew immediately what the problem was and explained the condition in clear layperson terms. He recommended a course of action, meds and compresses, to promote healing. It worked! He knows his medicine. He is an asset to Sight MD.

        It was fine.

        I haven't been to eye doctor for at least 2 years. The exam was thorough. The assistant was patient, explained everything and was attentive to the die placed in my eyes. She took the time to show genuine care.

        Felt comfortable.very thorough exam,

        I was very highly recommended to see Dr Kasper, I have some issues with my eyes, Dr Kasper took the time with my exam explained everything in detail, i felt that i was in the right place, got all the answers i needed to proceed with my surgery.I walked out feeling very happy to have found my new doctor.
