        This morning I went out and my small garage door would not open. I found that it had a broken spring. I called and our warranty company (FHW) assigned to "HIS Overhear Door Service" in Garland. The owner, Larry Chaney, was very prompt and came with two hours to repair and replace spring. He did an EXCELLENT job in a short time. He said he had been in business for 40 years. I have never had such great service from a repairman.. I highly recommend.
