        Overall

        I called Milestone requesting a HVAC tech to help me determine the source of and solution to a hard-to-describe, intermittent odor issue I've been having for a few months. The tech, Paul Wallace, arrived promptly and listened carefully and patiently to my description, theories, etc. He walked me through the steps he would take to diagnose the problem and performed a thorough check of my HVAC system, tested to make sure no leaks were present and replaced the air filter. He also outlined 'next steps' in case the air filter does not solve the problem. Very happy with the attentive service Paul provided!
