I shipped my son 2003 BMW from Mesquite TX to Boise ID and everything turned out wonderfully. Jerry Don provided outstanding customer service and was very patient during my process of having the car shipped. The timeline he provided was spot on and there was no damage to our car. Moore Transportation Services did an exemplary job of transporting my vehicle from Colorado to Texas. I even left several high value items in the truck including tools, jumper box, and other items. I have had a negative experience in the past where things were stolen from the vehicle with another shipper. This was not the case with Moore. Everything I left in the truck was untouched. Even the driver who delivered my vehicle was outstanding. Throughout the shipment process, Moore and the driver were professional and easy to get in contact with. Thank you again Moore services. Excellent customer service. After circumstances required a change of plans at the last minute, my service rep Jerry Don went into overdrive to make things work to ship my car from Chicago to Seattle. The car was picked up and delivered on time and with no problems. I would definitely recommend MTS to anyone looking for car transportation.

Reached out to Jerry to have a vehicle moved from Illinois to Missouri. He responded very quickly with a very reasonable quote within minutes. Driver called with hour and a half advance notice and vehicle delivered with no issues. Very happy with Moore Transportation services. Will use again.

My car got shipped from Georgia to Washington only within 3 business days. On-time delivery and the driver, Sam, is very professional and nice. The price is pretty good too. You should consider their services when moving out of state.
