Regis Salon

First time customer and had a great experience. Clean, well lit place. Friendly staff. No one sitting around talking on their cell phones. If they were not with a customer, They were busy sweeping floors, cleaning shelves, taking phone calls to schedule appointments. It was a cheery environment. I had a stylist named Taylor, She was amazing! She fixed my hair problems after listening to my issues and concerns. She had her hands full to fix my hair woes. But she was able to do it and I love the color with added highlights and the cut /style. It's beautiful!! I will definitely be back and I recommend this salon to you!

I live in Austin but from the Dallas area and I always wait until I visit family to get my hair done. Kylie has been doing my hair for years an always does a fantastic job! She did my hair for my wedding and it was amazing. Every time I go into the salon, the whole staff is always friendly and immediately greets anyone who walks in. I have never seen anyone leave unhappy and I have never had a bad experience! Keep it up ladies!

They were not able to style a simple bun updo or a pouf for my mothers wedding. The disasters they did to our hair fell out within an hour because the illiterate stylists could not even use pins properly.

I had an appointment somewhere else, but they could not do it. So I went into Regis hoping I could get my hair fixed, and the destroyed my hair. They cut it ABOVE my shoulders, and it is NOT even at all. It took two hours and the girl was not professional at all. The girls in there look stuck up, and I feel like they saw her butchering my hair and they said nothing. Worst place ever.

Omg u went in as a walkin client and i requested a haircut and color service and i got "toni" he looked very professional. Well i told him what i wanted and i thought i was very clear well apparently not he made my hair orange haircut was a total desaster looked like a street girl i mean really!!! He needs some intense training in the meantime he shouldnt be doing hair i will never go back at least not to him (toni)

Ask for KELLEA, she will give you an up-to-date style. She also has done some of my friends' updos for proms and weddings. They are super cute and unique. The stylist and staff at Regis are very friendly and professional. It is also located at Firewheel Mall so you can go show off your new hairstyle and go shopping!

I started going to this Salon because of a friend. I always get a cut and hi and low lights. Everyone is always nice and I get great service. My hair stylist will inform me of sales and most will offer me free products for coming in. Great Experience!

I gave this store 1 star because you cant give them 0 stars.3 days ago I went in to get an inch cut off the bottom. I was worried while she was cuting my hair because she didnt even wet it. But when she was done it looked ok. The next day I flat ironed it and it was very uneven. And there was a chunk of it cut above the rest. I came in the next day and asked what they could do about it. All that the manager did was say that it was from my hair cut before and a bunch of other excuses. What ever happened to customer service.
