Mr. Transmission

I took my cadlliac there and the transmision was slipping real bad i thought. But when i took it there they were honest and told me that my speedomder was broke it was fixed all in the same day. they did a great job!!

I purchased a 06 2wd Tahoe with a bad transmission and took it to Mr Transmission to rebuild. They have been there a long time and at the time I could not pull it out myself. The 3-4 was out in the trans but 1-2 gears were fine. After getting the prices we decided for the full rebuild. Everything went smoothly and the Tahoe was back on the road except the warranty is NOT NATIONWIDE and was only 2 years at that location. 4 months later wile towing a small john boat the trans would start slipping on any kind of hill. Took it back and they tried to blame it on the Airaid cold air intake and the code scanner I had plugged in before taking it there. WTF? They looked at the trans and said there was nothing wrong but they turned up the pressure a little to help and cleaned my mass air flow sensor. Really? I never towed the boat again with it and always used my ford dually. Now 2 years and 4 months the transmission went out. 4 months out of warranty. Guess what? The 1-2 just went out. Looks like they only did a patch job and not fully rebuild the transmission like I paid for. I would not trust this shop to tune a lawn mower. That trans should have lasted 10 years +. All its used for is to drive back and forth to work and to go out with the family.

They did repairs on my 2005 Dodge Caravan on several occasions. They did quality work at a reasonable price and I got my van back faster than I expected. They were friendly and very professional each time.
