Recently bought two pet snakes, my kids and I love this pet shop. We have always enjoyed visiting the shop, and this time we had the pleasure of meeting Donnie. The pet shop is clean, the staff are super nice, we had a great experience making our purchase and they even helped us carry our purchases to the car. Thank you!!

The staff has no knowledge. I personally own a blue tongue skink, and they told me that the "species" can eat stale and hard food. Ha what a joke. Then we see 4 hedgehogs crammed in one cage with one small igloo with feces everywhere throughout the cage. Maybe clean it? Doubt it. They never fail to surprise me with their neglect. You can see the hips on the lizards and I asked about the algae in the water bowls of multiple lizards and tortoises. In fact some animals had no water at all! And we confront a worker, he says, "oh we we're going to clean them all out today". So we'll see how well they follow through. Again, not just a single occurrence with these problems. This establishment should not be allowed to sell animals. Period. This has been put throughout multiple sites for exposure to see what they are doing.
