Called Dr Schwandt one afternoon after I came home and found my Shellie bleeding from a neck wound. She had lost a lot of blood and was sitting in a pool of blood. Dr S said to bring her in "tomorrow morning, if she's still alive." I called a real vet who left the golf course to treat my dog. She required stitches and a transfusion. She would not have lived through the night. If you want your animal to live, forget this man and go find a real vet.
