Rural King Supply

I made online purchase and they said it would be there in 7-10 day took over two-week poor customer service during this time, I talked with two managers they did not help resolve anything they just made excuses for the lack of action and didn't offer any type of compensation and I had to cancel my online order with RKGuns and they still have not issued the refund a week later contacted me to explan the delay .......complety dissatified

I have to say I have been to a lot of Rural King stores and they are my favorite. This location was far the filthiest I have ever been too, so disappointed, I came close to turning around and walking out.

Rural king is by far the best store. Great items and wonderful prices. Thank you!
