Superior Customer Service! Located still inside our 'North Hanover Mall'. I've been going here since I was 16 years old! Way back when mom used to give me $20-30 dollars to go hang at the mall. This was my go-to place, (Pricing has increased as well as anything has/would since 10-15 years ago!) I always felt welcomed here, never judged! The employees always had smiles on their faces and say "hello" and always ask right away what you need done, and to "pick a color" from the wall. Unless you plan to get white tips or let them choose. You're always welcomed to show a photo! Which I love! Who doesn't have a photo ready of nails or a hairstyle you seek! The employees are quick to choose a matching color. *If you have just a photo and no other idea where to begin! I was always surprised to see the employees will do their best to match a photo. This is a place of passion, love, and a family business most of all. A family business of 'mixed/white/korean decent'. *My apology if I am wrong. The husband and wife are my favorites! They both are truly amazing! He is my favorite to "create and mold my nail to my size and shape" and his wife is the best with designs and freehand lines and glitter. She is great with kids too! I've taken my daughter here a few times since she was a kid, They even have a kids chair! *I am terrible with names. So.... 'Mom' was/is the best with pedicures! Although I don't see her much anymore. She might of retired. The new pedicure regular/employee is just as well! No complaints there! The employees all take there time with your nails and feet, Each customer is treated the same. Whether it be an issue or concern. They will handle it. I always feel apart of the conversation. *Great Customer Service, Great Friendly Faces, Happy Employees, and Quick Wait Times/Quick Seats!.. Without risking the quality, timeframe and task at hand!... (Call ahead for faster service/to guarentee a spot), as they can get busy at times! I let my nails/feet go a bit due to the last 3 years but I was welcomed back with love and remembrance!.. He even mentioned how he remembered me when I was 16! What a 'Throwback Moment' there! I gave them a $20 for my nails and feet, $10 each. He put the $20 up above his held and he translated to everyone that I had said "Thank you so much for your time and help! (feet, nails, eyebrows)" and they said back "Thank you! or Thanks!"... Another great day spa-like experience for my memories (7/1/22 Day-Visit) -L
