        Cooking flair--like it, visit Chez Max. Some of the foods are easily indentifiable, others are creations -- and food is near perfect. Sure you're going to drop $100 to eat there but for special occasions, it can't be beat. French owners merge their native cuisine with our American fare and it's delectable.And to add, it's not nearly as pretentious as Petite France was nor Morton's--simply a great place to enjoy a gourmet meal.
