. i have bought 4 cars from Peak and i have referred several people.I have NEVER had one problem.They were very nice to me and everyone i sent said the same.Someone said Ryan was rude ,that is so hard to beleive.Ryan is always very kind and helpful to me at all times.All the boys were.If you want a decent used car i still say go to Peak!!!

I got a 2009 grand jeep Cherokee from these people. Since day one I experienced issues. Rust, major electrical issues. Mike and the "owner" had the car back and forth from Boone to hickory just to do "repairs". To send back to me as crap again. It would shut off whenever it felt like Nothing was ever fixed, so pretty much an unreliable car. There was NO professionalism whatsoever with these people . No documentation of ANYTHING. Almost failed to mention while having the car "repaired", again up the mountain from where I'm from...it gets vandalized and pretty much broken into. Which the owner had no documentation or ANY KNOWLEDGE of. They now how have the LEMON car I had for sale again back on the lot !!!! These people are rude and just completely ridiculous. .stay away ��������

Bought a 2005 civic from here a few years ago. I got a really good price on it. But the car was in a wreck and it wasn't reported to the insurance company. The rear pillers started to chip from the cheap pant that was slapped on. Underneath the pillers were rust. I took it to a body shop they sanded the whole thing down and showee me that the car was in a major accident with frame damage and that they could do body work and paint it but the way it was welded would make the paint in that area come off in a couple years. Also it had a faulty oxygen sensor which was $400 and the radiator leaked causing me to blow my head gasket which cost me 1200 total. So yeah there cars are cheap. But for a reason. Buyer beware.

My fiancé and I have bought two vehicle's from Peak Motors and will definitely buy more in the future we have already referred family and friends and even strangers there. There cats are decently priced and the employees are very friendly.

Bought a truck from these guys a few months ago. We told them when looking in their lot we needed something dependable and durable as we raise horses and would use it for hauling and hay and so on. As soon as we got the truck to the farm we had to get it jumped off. Within the first month of owning it we had the heat quit working and a leak in the radiator, along with needing a new rear wheel bearing. Three months in we called to tell them we had to pay our payment late because we had to have the truck towed due to the nasty fuel filter and the fuel pump going out on us. Not to mention the new battery that was purchased a week prior. We then got to pay a late fee on our payment even though we had called to tell them what was going on. I'm very disappointed in the unprofessionalism in which Peak Motors has handled thus situation. You are in a customer service position so the customer should be taken care of.

puchased a saturn vehicle. I could find the business easily just used mapquest.com so I never had the problem sunnyskyline had. but the salespeople were all very kind to me and my wife. I had the vehicle checked out by my mechanic, so i didnt have the problem myrna.mintz had. Ryan was very kind to me, answered all my questions, showed me the carfax report, and even picked us up from the rental car company (which he didnt need to do, but was much appreciated) I will def. be back for another vehicle when we can get one. I would recommend them to anyone. But before you buy a car from ANYONE, have your mechanic check it out and print directions to the dealership

My first impressions of the dealer were good, but when we started the process of buying the car, things went down hill. They didn't tell us the deductible requirements of the lien holder, or that we would need references beforehand, leaving us scrambling to change the deductibles and figure out the phone numbers of our references. Recently I changed the oil and the spark plugs on the car. One of the spark plugs had been broken and not replaced, and the oil filter housing was on so tight, the assembly had to be taken off the car to remove the housing, so who knows when the last time the filter was changed. And I found that the valve cover gasket is leaking. Stay away from Peak Motors at all costs.

North Carolina & Hickory Residents please save yourself some worry and do not purchase from Peak Motors in Hickory, NC They told me that I was purchasing a vehicle with an air conditioner. They said all I had to do was turn it over to the cool blue setting. I took their word for it and believed them. When April arrived and I needed some air, I realized the air was not cold and took it to have the Freon charged when I found out I didn't have an air conditioner. I had paid them cash from where I had received an Insurance Settlement and trusted them. Ryan at Peak Motors as well as Sharon refuse to help me and Ryan was very rude to me. This is just part of the bad customer service I received from Peak Motors since Purchasing my car in December of 2012. I regret my decision tremendously!

my first real nice car! I have owned a few but they worked with me, they were down to earth. Understood what everyone is going through for these tough times, they took my old truck as part of my down payment. it wasn't very much but it helped and I didnt even think anyone would want that old ratty truck. they even worked with me on the financing! Im kind of young , so none of the other dealers I went to in hickory shrugged me off and really didnt help me. Thay are all family which was nice and they all were very informative. I looked around for my car forever and they had the lowest price around for 50 miles. I just thought that this was how I would them so this was my official review. great place, I am going to get my wife her next car from this place.
