BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID! They prey on people struggling and those who may have difficulties getting financed some place else. But they aren't really helping. Florida does NOT have a LEMON LAW for used vehicles. They do not supply warranties on ANY of their cars and they exaggerate on the the mileage. They try to hide behind the BUYER'S GUIDE and 'AS IS' which buying from them the car will breakdown very soon. Don't TRY them INVESTIGATE them. Contact the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles in Broward it's 9549694216 ask them how complaints that they've had against them. Then go to Broward County Clerk of Court under civil and type in Modern Auto click on partial look up and see how many civil suits that they have had against them. Reach out to the attorney's who sued them and were successful. You see the BUYER'S GUIDE and 'AS IS' protects them under the state but not civilly. Finance companies as well as individuals have sued to get their money back and won! Do your homework and investigate. They have been doing this for a longtime and there is a civil suit currently pending! There are companies that will finance you and you can purchase from reparable dealers that actually certify their cars. These guys don't. So if they don't even put a 30-day warranty on what they sell you what does that say about what they're selling?

I recently purchased a vehicle from modern and my experience was perfect in every way. As soon as you meet the manager Tony you will see that these other reviews are not true. He treats you with respect and seems to really care about helping out people. Of all the dealers I went to they have the best inventory of cars and didn't make me feel like trash for not having a big down payment or because of my credit. I have recommended my friends and co-workers and everyone says the same thing that modern has to be one of the best used car dealers out there.....

I had done business with this dealership years ago and returned where Eddie was my sales rep. I found Eddie to be sincere, knowledgeable and very efficient. He found me the perfect car and worked with me on the financing. An excellent experience. I found all the people that I came in contact with to be very friendly and welcoming, especially Tony the finance manager. I would highly recommend this dealership and the staff to anyone looking to finance a quality used car.

THESE GUYS ARE ALL A BUNCH OF CROOKS, THEY WILL TELL YOU AYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR IN ORDER TO SEE YOU A GUY! THEYRE LIARS AND MAKE ALL KIND OF PROMISES THAT THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS TO KEEP. THEY GAVE ME A FAKE CAR FAX SHOWING THAT MY CAR HAD NEVER BEEN WRECKED WHICH WAS ALL A LIE! THEY SCAM BANKS AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE PRICES! THEYRE EVEN KNOWN TO CHANGE MILEAGE! I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE! WORST CAR PLACE IN THE WORLD!!
