All Washed Up Auto Spa

Today I used this carwash for the first and ONLY time at the Homestead location. I purchased the $9.00 wash, which was supposed to include some sort of tire treatment in addition to the basic wash in the access #2 garage. I have used many different car washes in the past 15 years on the road, including the $4.00 bottom of the line BP washes and this car wash is by far the most pathetic attempt at car cleaning. First of all , is the air drying supposed to be a part of the package or do you have to pay extra for it, because the dryer wasn’t drying when I was there. For $9.00 I thought that I could get a little air, or maybe that just comes with your outrageous $15.00 package. Also, I’m not really sure what the tire cleaning for an extra dollar was supposed to do. I think I could have gotten more dirt off of my tires by spitting on them. As I drove down the road hoping to dry my still dirty vehicle, I noticed a nice layer of chemical marks for a nice final touch. Unbelievable! You couldn’t pay me to use that thing again. My vehicle has looked better after a nice rain, compared to what I got at your car wash. Never again.

Washes here start at $8 and go up to $11. I selected the $9 wash. About all I got was some suds and water sprayed on my mini-van. No blower. No second wash/rinse. Basically, what I got was crap. I'm not sure what that stuff that was sprayed on my van was supposed to do, but it sure didn't get it clean. It is still dirty. It doesn't even look like it was washed. And to not even blow it dry...WTF? For $9, I expected a whole lot more. I am demanding a refund...if someone ever answers the phone number that is listed. Also filing a negative BBB report. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
