Dental Examination
It’s that time of year! You can’t believe it right? Your little one is getting ready to enter Kindergarten in September! Where does the time go? Well, as you know, you’ll have many documents to produce and forms to fill out in order to register your child for kindergarten. One of these forms will be a dental exam form. California law requires all kindergarten entrants to have a dental exam performed prior to May 31st of their first year in public school. The exam may occur up to 12 months prior to their entering school. If your one of my existing patients, please call and make an appointment for your exam or bring this form with you at your next appointment if it’s coming up soon. For new patients, please call us to schedule your first dental exam with us. Be sure to bring this form with you so we can get you taken care of!

Overall

Fantastic Dentist. My 3 year old and 5 year old love her. She's gentle and knowledgeable and has a great way with kids. Her office staff are very friendly and the whole practice has a lovely family orientated feel. Highly recommended.
