I went in on Sunday of Memorial day weekend because I received a letter in the mail about how they pay off cars even though you owe more than the car is worth. I had a 2007 prius and was in that exact predicament. I talked to Scott and he showed a 2011 prius with only 32,000 miles on it. I told him that my budget was only about $100 a month more that what my current payments were. He said it would be tight because my car was not worth that much but he did give me a fair trade price. I had to speak to my fiance about it first. Long story short, I came back the next day with her and Scott said "I will do what I have to do to get you in that car as long as my credit was good" (I have fantastic credit). Two hours later I left with my new-ish car and am feeling the opposite of buyers remorse. For those of you who do not understand that phrase, I feel great about my deal and love the car the more I drive it... Thanks Scott.

These guys really impressed me! There was no pressure to buy. They listened to my needs, and best of all, they were concerned about which type of vehicle I wanted, not just one that they could sell. I felt as if both of them went our of their way to make me happy and I sincerely enjoyed working with the both of them in my recent purchase. As soon as we walked on the dealership we felt like family. Sandra greeted us like we were instant friends. She was not interested in anything but making sure we were purely satisfied with our car. Letting us test drive and sit in as many vehicles as we desired. We came in for a hybrid Camry and ended up in a Prius making our own decisions the whole way. She never said no she made sure we were satisfied with our color and option selection and encouraged us to take our time. Again it felt as if she had our best interest at heart not the profit that she would make from us. It was truly refreshing experience.

Brought in 2014 scion tc I purchased for 5,000 mile service. Was told over the phone that you do not have service appointments. Stopped by Monday morning and was told you were to busy. Stopped by Tuesday morning and was asked if I had an appointment (???). I told them that you told us that you don't take appointments. You did take car in though and completed service. Used your shuttle service and I'm great full for that. Still confused as to why oil isn't changed until 10000 miles, especially first change.

Your staff made every effort to put me in the right car at the right price and for my safety.

It was awhile ago, and the service was done efficiently and professionally. I plan to continue having service provided by Toyota of Huntington Beach. Our lease experience was equally professional.
