Cryotherapy
The minimally invasive kidney surgery program includes laparoscopic and robotic kidney removal and kidney reconstruction. The program is run by Dr. Shawn West. I had to ask Dr. West, "Are we done?" and to my amazement, we were! Dr. West is the same doctor who did my radical nephrology four years ago due to kidney cancer. I'll admit, I was concerned after seeing some of the reviews. However, everyone I have encountered at McIver has been incredibly nice - from the front office staff, to the nurses and technicians. Dr. Han is very patient, listens to what you have to say, and allows you to make decisions about your own healthcare. I didn't get her name, but the technician that did my CT scan was also wonderful.
