i dropped my alternator off in the morning on a Friday, got off work and got to this business at 3:25pm and they we're closed!! the day before that i was told they close at 4:30pm (even the door says 4:30pm!) so i got there at 4:15pm and CLOSED that's why i came in the morning. . this place closes when they want and don't even have the courtesy to give you a call. Its the weekend and i need my part. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE F+ i would recommend this bootleg business to my enemy... Wait YES I WOULD!!!!!!

It's been awhile since I've used this business but have used it more than once in the past as have many of my acquaintances. Neither I nor anyone I've known that have done business with this shop have said anything negative, but positive, PLUS, most times you can get the same work done there for a much better price than most others for the same job. I was calling around today to several shops for starter problems and some were not very courteous and had very outrageous prices especially the labor costs. These people have been in business a long time and it came to mind after talking with several other shops that I need to at least get a quote or an estimate from Hunters. I'm glad I did. Now, when I have my starter replaced or rebuilt I'll come back and leave an updated review. The man who answered the phone today was very courteous and helpful, unlike a man in one of the other shops I called (who could barely speak English). Submitted by "Ms A"
