Charlie or his skinny girlfriend wrote that first review, these guys are the low lifes of the earth and the most unprofessional waste bags you will ever see. They have a rat dog running around a nasty disgusting office, their cars are never fully checked and when they break down they just take back the car from you without ever compensating you, do the minimum fixes and put the same car back on the lot without ever making it right with the person. This is the car place from hell. Charlie is such a horses waste his own father wants to quit the business to get away from this hot headed temper tantrum crook!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! THERE CARS ARE GARBAGE AND WILL BREAK DOWN AS SOON AS YOU DRIVE OFF. MICHAEL IS ANOTHER LITTLE YUPPIE SCUM BAG, STAY AWAY!

I have to say after reading those two reviews I am astonished. This was the best car buying experience ever. I do not know exactly what happened with them, but my story is nothing but pleasant! After going to SIX different car dealers and basically being LAUGHED AT about my credit, I came to Karsrus. Half of the dealers I went to claimed they did not check credit but as soon as I pulled in that was the 1st thing they did! I was told by someone at JD Byrider to go see Charlie at Karsrus. I was already fed up at this point so did not have much hope. As soon as I pulled in they instantly made me feel welcomed. They DID NOT run my credit instead said they went off of my job and down payment amount which was such a relief. Because I had $2000 Down he told me to pick any car on the lot and he'd have me riding in 30 minutes. I didnt believe him so I picked a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I thought there was no way he could do that car with what the other dealers had told me. Charlie made me feel so appreciated when he kept his word and had me out of there driving off in less than an hour! so far I have sent 2 of my friends there who have gotten vehicles. I was very pleased with this dealer and will continue to send my friends and family there. Im sorry you two had a bad experience but I'm sure there must have been a misunderstanding because I do not see them "scamming" anyone.

These guys will rip you off. Do not ever buy anything from these unprofessional scum bags.

they're scammers, and completely unprofessional. they sold me a car that had a radio put in, but when I tried to turn it on nothing would happen. the radio wasn't even plugged in, and a wire was missing from inside the car. next, my right window wouldnt even close back up. and worst of all the car ALWAYS has a problem starting. so i called kars r us and complained and all they said was "move the battery wire around". these idiots pretended there was a working radio and sold me a piece of crap car. the windshield wiper fluid came out BLACK. when you turn the AC on a grinding noise comes out of the engine. oh yeah not to mention they told us we had a few months to pay it off and THEY REPOSSESSED IT WITHOUT EVEN CALLING ME LETTING ME KNOW I HAD TO PAY NOW. not to mention their office is disgusting, with a dog running around and the managers eating pizza while talking to us.





Not to mention the manager was playing on MYSPACE while i was talking to him.
