My custody and divorce was quite a while ago, but from what I remember I really liked Mr. Owens. I was really young and it was my first marriage, and he seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. He got everything done that needed to be and in a timely manner. I am definitely a satisfied client and would recommend him.

He's worth the try! He handled a divorce for me and the office was good about communicating with me giving updates and so on. Wasn't very expensive considering the dumb idiot I was married to was running from the divorce and trying to remain in an anon situation. She was served on the job investigators found her at in the mid-west only to find she'd quit the job because of a spook phone call with someone determining if she worked there. It was my investigators. Anyhow, Owens office kept me informed the entire process and was really nice about everything. Prompt service and all that stuff you look for. I liked working with him and would highly recommend for divorce attorney.

If your child support case is important to you, do not use this attorney. Period. Pay more or use someone further out. Just don't go there.

I do not recommend this law firm for helping with Child support. Doesn't return calls to customers for weeks at a time, waits to the last minute to file motions and you don't get updates. We sent requested documents and paid the fees late January 09, and the motions weren't filed till April with the courts...still no court date set. If your case is important to you, do not use Deke Owens.
