Outpatient Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation has been serving people in the South King County community since 1980. We have clinics located in Auburn, Covington, Kent's East Hill, Kent Valley, Puyallup, Maple Valley, and Renton. We believe that you deserve to receive the highest level of personalized therapy services that can be provided by this profession. Many of our therapists have attained advanced board certifications to promote this higher level of quality care. These certifications range from Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Sports Certified Specialist (SCS), and some are progressing in their Fellowship of American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. (FAAOMPT).

Rachel pursued a career in physical therapy because of her fascination with how the body works and her active lifestyle. She is a graduate of Trinity International University and the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. A Womenâ€™s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS), Rachel is passionate about treating men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction. She loves being a Physical Therapist because of the opportunity to work with so many different people, and it makes her day when a patient says they are feeling better.

After graduating from the University of Washington, Kathleen started her occupational therapy career in hospital and school settings. At OPT, she enjoys treating a diverse caseload of acute, post-surgical, and chronic conditions. She enjoys connecting with so many different types of people in a fun environment and appreciates that OPT supports her professional ongoing education and growth. As a CHT, Kathleen is passionate about helping her patients return to all their activities, and she strives to exceed the expectations of all of her patients.
