        Overall

        This store has horrible customer service. My wife went to return a pair of shoes I bought for my son and the manager there was very rude.She claimed the shoes had been worn and would not take them back. The only time my son wore them was to try them on. My wife argued with this lady for 30 minutes. She then exchanged the shoe for another pair and then told my she could not get a refund for that pair. I would never shop at a famous footwear again.
