        I had a bathroom window looked at by this company. At the initial consultation, I was given an estimate of 367.00. I wanted to discuss it with my spouse before I contracted them. I was told that I would have to pay an 80.00 service fee, and that fee would not be put towards the 367.00 bill if I did choose them. I understand that businesses need to charge a service fee or else they would lose money making house calls. What I don't understand is why that fee would not be put towards the total fee.
