I've retired from the auto repair business. I know what to watch for with others. I set an appointment for my son's car for tires and service and brake check. Dallas was fantastic to work with, never high pressured us into anything. Did what was asked and he advised us of an unknown problem and corrected it with our ok. We will continue going back there. Very happy

I arrived at Tire Kingdom early this morning and was greeted with a smile and a "good morning" by Dallas who is the service manager . Super nice and very kind! I asked him to help me and he did not even hesitate to help. I had run over a large tree branch and it was stuck underneath my car. He was able to remove it and did not charge me a dime!! I left so blessed and so happy because like he said it could have ruined my exhaust. So yes I am going to return for my oil change when is due. THANK YOU DALLAS FOR MAKING MY DAY!!!!! Made an appointment for an oil change. The oil change said DNA diagnostic, which was not done, 22 point inspection, top fluids. Well they didn't top off the fluids because even my windshield washer reservoir didn't have any when I got there and I tested it and nothing came out. They didn't even put the sticker on the window to remind me of my next oil change. I had an appointment and the guy said he will squeeze me in. If I have an appointment there is no squeezing. They took an hour and a half to do my oil change because I rushed them if not I don't know how long it would've been. Kevin the associate who spoke to me was nice. However they no longer do jobs where you bring the part and they install it even if the past is bought from the same place they buy their which is Advanced Auto Parts next door.
