Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting

I read all the reviews before I took my banged up new HONDA CIVIC to Chris at MAACO in Stuart, Fl. Chris did a great job and saved me a lot of money out of pocket. He found about $1000 hidden damage that the insurance company missed and actually charged me less than ONE HALF of the original estimate out of pocket. You now have a reputable place to go if you ever BANG up your car. Chris is the REAL DEAL! D.S.

What an absolute horrible experience I had visiting this location today for an estimate to paint my 1968 VW Bus. I called the day prior and spoke with Alan who was friendly and polite. He scheduled an appt for me to come in the next day between 4-5pm. Today I arrived at the Maaco at 4:50 for my appt with my 68 Bus and met Dave. He didn't bother to introduce himself, just asked what I was in for. I told him I was there for an estimate and that I had an appt scheduled. He then said " You show up at 5pm and want a F$#king estimate?!" I told him yes, I had an appt scheduled for today and informed Alan I would be there before 5. (which I was) Dave then asked what the estimate was on and I took him outside to show him the bus. Right away, it was very clear that he was not interested in doing the paint work on my vehicle. Within in a min of being outside, he told me that it would be about 5-6 thousand to do it. I told him that was way over priced and that I couldn't pay anything like that. Dave continued to use profanity when talking about the work needed on the vehicle and provided the Worst Customer service experience I've ever had. He was extremely unprofessional and should not be representing a company like Maaco. If I could of given no stars, I would have!

I was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable price and totally surprised by the end result. Wow it's like getting a new car. TY...TYVM

After i got hit i went to Maaco in stuart fl and received all the help i needed. I was a mess as it was my first accident ever! I spoke to the guys in maaco and they took over and made my life simple... from dealing with my insurance company to getting me a great deal on a rental car, got the parts my car needed and not to mention a great paint job. Excellent service with a smile. nice hat!

Amazing service! MY Honda was hit on the back bumper and had dents on one side door. Being a female who does not know anything about body repairs, i was apprehensive to take it to a body shop as i thought that i was going to be overcharged. But as it turned out, Chris at Maaco took great care of my car, saved me money by not replacing it but repairing the bumper. The cost was reasonable and got me a rental car too. I will go back again.
