Sean Flint is an excellent salesman. He is empathetic and trustworthy. He gave me a great deal and my car looked amazing. I also spoke with Mike. He is honest, caring and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better team. They both made the statement: They care about there customers and they have surely proven that phrase to be true.

I took my car in for a repair on my car hood. They were able to take it that day and said it would be ready in three days and it was ready on time. Pricing was very reasonable and met my needs.

The guys did a great job painting my Explorer. They went above and beyond to get the color matched perfectly. They kept it longer than they originally estimated but it was because they weren't satisfied with the match and kept working to get it perfect. Now it looks great!

DO NOT....I REPEAT...DO NOT Take your vehicle here! My car was keyed and I took it here to be repaired. I had no idea they would ruin my brand new car. I had to take it back on 3 different occasions, where they kept it for at least a week each time. My car is a red, there is red paint all over the black molding, my car is covered in compound, there are rough spots all over the car, and in some places the paint looks almost like an orange peel. I was told by the district manager, JB or JP, that this happens and I signed the contract agreeing to my car looking like this. He also told me, just keep washing it and after a few weeks the compound will eventually where off. Each time I was there, there was another unsatisfied customer in the same boat as myself. That place is awful!! I wouldn't let these people paint in my coloring book and now I have to take them to small claims court. Hear me now....believe me later..stay away at all costs!

Effective December 2013 the old owner lost his Maaco franchise and we the new owners are now operating the shop. We apologize for the bad experiences which these customers and others had at this location in the past. The store is now under the same ownership of several other Maacos and includes the Maaco in Charlotte on South Blvd which we are proud to say is a 2013 Super Service Angie's List...We truly do care about painting and repairing cars, and making friends in the process, and we welcome folks to come to the shop again, see the work and receive tremendous value.
