Quartz Hill Auto Center Inc

I took my car here a few months ago. Worst service ever! First if all they lied and said they were vw specialists and they really had no idea what they were doing. All they did was call the vw dealer to see what the problem was. When the dealer figured out what it was qh auto center was trying to order the parts which apparently took 3 months! And then they said they couldn't get the part after all. I had to order it myself! Which I did so I could have my car fixed already. Then I go to pick up my car and they broke the mirror cover off and denied it. Also the inside of my car was filthy with dirt and grease on my leather seats and they had took my door apart and placed all the pieces on my leather seats...which were sharp plastic pieces which could have ripped my seats. A month or two later my sister took her car there and I told her about my awful service and same thing happens to her... they held her car for 2 months with nothing done and then she goes to pick up her car and they broke her hood latch so she cannot open the front hood of her car. And her bumper was loose and looked like it got hit with another car. They again denied this accusation and would not release her car because they quoted us a number and then wanted to raise it to double that price! They would not release her car and we had to file a case and the city found out they are not licensed to work on cars at all. Please I warn you do not take your car Here!
