Benjarong Authentic Thai Cuisine

We have been frequent customers of Benjarong for the last few months. We always get the crab rangoon and the red curry without basil. With the exception of them sometimes forgetting to withhold the basil, we didn't have any problems until about 3 weeks ago when I had food poisoning symptoms till the wee hours of the morning. We stayed away but decided to go back tonight after my cravings got the best of me. The cream cheese and crab inside the crab rangoon was hard and covered in a film of oil/grease/disgustingness. You could actually crumble it in between your fingers. It must have been sitting out for hours. And they forgot to withhold the basil AGAIN. We called and requested that a fresh order of crab rangoon be delivered to our home. We live less than a mile away and in light of the various issues we have had in the past, after paying good money for food that was not made to order and/or not fresh, I felt it was only fair that they deliver it to us, rather than us having to go out again. After being placed on hold several times (huge language barrier), they asked for our address, which we gave them. We were placed on hold again and then were told that they could not deliver the food to us. Apparently, their delivery driver was only available for new orders, not ones they messed up and had to replace. We asked to speak with a manager or the owner, but we were told they were not available. They tried telling us that they would give us a credit for next time (which is what they did for us before) but we refused. They were also mocking my husband ("talk too fast") and laughing about the situation (apparently overpaying for old, stale and possibly contaminated food is funny). I returned the food and demanded my money back. To add insult to injury, they continue to refuse to say when the owner/manager will be in. We will never return.
