Laurel Fuel Oil & Heating Co., Inc.

We rent a house in Beltsville and were informed by landlord that Laurel Fuel Oil would be used. Get nervous when can't choose own service company but they came out to do an annual service. Our technician was very prompt and professional. He cleaned and serviced the very old unit in the basement old unit ran well all winter long. Will be calling soon for an oil fill-up to get ready again but this is a company you can rely on.

In late July 2010, we returned home from vacation to find our house unusually warm. Even though it was a heat wave, the house should have been colder. It took little time to determine the central air conditioner was not cooling. The installer was contacted three times over 4 days, but never returned our call. BG&E had a ridiculous 2-week wait before an appointment could be made. A friend recommended Laurel Fuel Oil (who I never would have considered for an AC repair). I contacted them (Bonnie), and they made an appointment for 3 hours later. Two hours later the repair technician (John) called that he was on his way. An hour after his arrival, the AC was again cooling. Needless to say, receiving that kind of promptness during a heat wave was unextected. Everybody was polite and professional. I certainly would use them again, and highly recommend them.
