These television monitors are found next to every patient chair. Patients can watch a movie or TV show. Patients can also view their dental x-rays when speaking to the doctor about the findings for a better understanding of their oral health.

Teeth Cleaning

This service area includes oral evaluations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, digital radiographs, and dental sealants. Part of preventative diagnostic dentistry involves patient education on how to properly care for teeth at home in between dentist visits.
Dental Sealants
Preventive care is the heart of what we do as pediatric dentists. These services include comprehensive oral evaluations and dental cleanings to keep teeth healthy, fluoride treatments and sealants to prevent cavities, and imaging to diagnose dental issues beneath the surface.
Space Maintainers
A baby (primary) tooth that is knocked out will not be replaced, as it could cause damage to the developing tooth underneath. In certain cases, a space maintainer may need to be placed to ensure there is room for the adult tooth to erupt. When an adult (permanent) tooth is knocked out, we do our best to save it. It is important to try and place the tooth back in the socket immediately if you can, otherwise call your dentist or go to an emergency room as quickly as possible to give the tooth the best chance of survival.

We also provide local anesthesia to ensure that children do not experience any pain or discomfort during restorative procedures like dental fillings and crowns.

Even with diligent home oral hygiene practices, sometimes restorative dentistry is needed. These are treatments that repair damage to a tooth, restoring its function, strength, and usually its appearance as well. Restorative treatments include composite fillings, bonding, pulp treatment, and dental crowns. Sometimes extractions are also needed to restore oral health when a tooth cannot be saved.
