Longview Glass

I love these guys. I have been doing business with Longview Glass for over
20 years personally and professionally. Very knowledgeable of products and
the service personnel has always gone above and beyond to make sure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Overall customer service, from the sales people up front to the field technicians, is the best I have experienced.
We just had an emergency with a busted door glass. Glass was all over our
front office. They were here to repair the door in 20 minutes and even made sure that all the broken glass was vacuumed and picked up before leaving.
We cannot tell that they had ever been here.I highly recommend these guys for jobs small and large...........they are the only glass company I will ever use.

I have worked personally with Longview glass and they are amazing people that want to provide the BEST possible glass services to Northeast Texas. Very pleased with them!

Waiting 4 weeks now for a bid. Does not return calls. Very disappointed. Would like to keep money here in Longview but they sure aren't helping us do that. I am now soliciting bids from out of town for our commercial building.

I called to get them to come replace a window I broke and the lady told me that "she wasn't sending her guys out in the rain." When I told her it was in my 5 month olds room she said she "didn't care if it was in a babies room or an elderly persons room her guys were not getting out in the rain." Now I'm sure replacing a window pane in the rain is not exactly easy. It wasn't even sprinkling when I talked to her and all the rain has left the forecast. It's is still wet outside from the rain we got yesterday but it has not rained today! I wish I coul give this place zero stars. The phone lady was just that rude!
