Saltgrass Steak House

The very best crab cakes I have ever eaten. The smoked pork chop was so tender, juicy, and tasty. Our waitress provided excellent customer service and made sure we had everything we needed. I plan to visit again and again.

This was a terrible experience. Ordered food ,it was brought out. My date ordered ribs,chicken and shrimp with a baked potato and salad. I ordered bacon wrapped shrimp with tortilla soup and baked potato. Ordered jalapeno rattles (8) as an appertizer. She never touched the ribs and chicken. And we only ate two of the peppers. Which were $20 for 8. Got the ribs,chicken and peppers to go. We're ready to go and I have to go to the restroom. She goes to the car and I come back the table is cleaned. I am thinking she has the take out. I live about five minutes from the restaurant. I call when I get home and realize they took our take out when I went to the restroom. Called and they said that I would have to talk to the General Manager. Went to the restaurant the following day and he said that that there was nothing that he could do and did not offer any compensation. And did not appear to care whether I returned or not when I stated that it would be my last visit to SaltGrass in Longview.
