Maccheroni Republic

I feel like this place is a hidden gem. Tucked away near a McDonald's and a bunch of quinceanera dress shops downtown, it's a really lovely little eatery (indoor and outdoor seating) with crazy-affordable, crazy-good homemade pasta dishes. Definitely recommend ordering different varieties and sharing among your table. Last I went, it was byob (no corkage fee), and they don't take reservations, but on weeknights the wait isn't bad. There's a nice little passageway area in which to congregate, so you at least don't feel like you're waiting on the sidewalk.
