        My wife Angela and I have been bringing our Volvo's to Kenny Jones Automotive since they opened many years ago. With friends who work in the auto business at both new and top drawer pre-owned companies, it is widely known that Kenny is the very best in terms of diagnosing and troubleshooting any Volvo repair issues. With that said, he has carefully surrounded himself with a team, which he oversees, of highly skilled techs who believe as he does, in providing excellent service at a more than competitive price. That's the key. He He and his wife Jill, also have an outstanding team of knowledgeable service advisors. I always work with Chris who lets us know what is and what isn't needed, in terms of regular and preventative maintenance. My best advice to anyone looking to make a switch would be to stop by their state of the art facility on Watterson Trail and step into the comfortable customer area and read the letters posted on their bulletin board, sent in by Kenny Jones customers all across the region.

        I took my car here after seeing great reviews. I told them to check out a car I had just purchased, and to check the codes for my check engine light. They did and I picked up my car. They said everything was fixed and check engine light was gone. However, 3 hours later check engine light came back! They told me to bring it back, however, its 20 miles away! They also said they did not check the entire "evap" system and need to do a full scan... They should have fixed it when they had it, but now have wasted more of my time and I'm sure, money! I will be going somewhere else from now on!

        i took my daughter's car in for service today and chris was so helpful, professional and courteous. chris took care of my volvo repairs quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. i plan to return when my next service date comes due & i would recommend kenny jones automotive to my friends and family members. :)
