I cannot say enough about Chuck and his crew. They built my pond, helped stock it and are here in a flash whenever I get myself into a jam. First thing, they built me a top notch pond. Second example, when I accidentally added to much chlorinated water to my pond at 11pm on a Sunday night and my Koi were starting to gasp for air at the surface, Chuck got me dechlorinator within an hour!!! Saved my Koi and now I always keep some on hand. Third example, a couple weeks ago, I accidentally fell and broke a PVC connection, Chuck had his folks here asap to make the repair. Not only has the customer service been the best I have ever recieved, but just going to the store and checking out his KOI for fun is worth the trip. It's cheaper than going to the aquarium, if you can kepp from taking one home :) Thanks Chuck!!! Gonzo

For the past 6 years, Chuck has done a great job to build his business and being accessible to me. Not only does he have a good selection of products, he also is available to assist in the maintenance of my pond and koi.
