Savani Auto Service & Auto Body

Called Savani Auto Service a little over a week ago to schedule a PA state inspection and emissions test. Asked what days they had available and they said September 1st, so I scheduled the first time slot they had available that day which was 10AM. I asked if they needed my name or number and they said they'd take that info once I dropped off the car. Before hanging up the phone I clarified that I was set for September 1st at 10AM.



So on September 1st at 10AM I arrived to get my car inspected, only to find out from someone else there that the guy who does the inspections had left to do something in Indianapolis. Very rude and unprofessional.
