        I had a horrible experience there. I bought the same jeep at quirk.,,what a better experience. The manager is a class act! Not like methuen!!!

        I was extremely displeased with the customer service offered at Clark Chrysler-Jeep. I spent a lot of money to purchase a new car there and also referred another buyer. My Jeep was missing parts prior to buying it, and once I realized this fact and asked for the parts I was rudely turned down. They refused to assist me. They suggested that I had lost or broken the parts myself, shrugging their shoulders and saying that there was nothing they could do for me. I had no choice but to buy the parts that they did not include. I will never buy another car or item from this dealer again. Originally, I chose to buy from them because they had a five star rating in customer service. That was clearly a mistake.

        I am extremely pleased with my auto service from Clark Motors in Methuen, MA and leaning towards purchasing my next auto there. I find the crew there to be very professional...a great team! They have even saved me money in the past. What more can I ask for? ...A very pleased customer.
