API did the roof on our home and garages. They showed up on time, as promised, and had the entire job completed in 2 days, even after needing 32 sheets of plywood replaced! The work looks great, and no leaks after rainy weather! Great customer service! I really appreciate Jason and his team! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic job! Crew arrived around 8:30, they started right away. When rain started about 2:30 in the afternoon, I expected that they would be done for the day. That was not the case, they waited out the rain and before it even stopped, they were back on the roof working again. I was told that the roof would be done that day and they got it all done. When they left, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been here, no trash, minimal nails, I only found 2 and just an all around great job. Thanks again for the great work.

Working with API on our new roof was a great experience! Their price was excellent and they couldn't have been more professional throughout the process. They were very responsive to any questions we had and worked to meet our needs at every step. The materials and workmanship were both of the highest quality. The new roof looks amazing too. I would highly recommend API for any roofing needs you might have.

In February 2020 our house sustained wind damage to the roof. API roofing in Midlothian was one of the 6 companies I contacted to give me an estimate for a total tear off and total roof replacement. Jason came to the house and obtained all the information of what I wanted done for the new roof. Of the 6 estimates I obtained, API was the business we chose to complete the job. The price was not the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive. It included upgrades that I felt would let the roof last longer. My guiding factor was the reviews from other customers, BBB review, and the repeated personnel contact with Jason. No question was left unanswered and Jason made sure I was informed of everything. On 4/2-3/20 Jason and his crew came to the house and completed the job. I was very impressed at how well they worked. 2 days to complete a full tear off and replacement with the Landmark shingles. That included total cleanup and installing new gutter guards. I highly recommend API to anyone who needs roof work completed. As of today, 6/7/20, the roof has experienced wind and heavy rain and there were no problems. Thanks to Jason and his crew for a job well done.

A neighbor referred them to us after we realized we had a leak. They gave us a fair estimate for a new roof and had financing available which helped since we weren't expecting to put a new roof on. Did an excellent job and after all this snow we have a water tight roof. So happy!

My co worker referred them to me after I realized I had a couple leaks. They came out to inspect and gave me an estimate for a new roof since it was 19 years old. I ended up selecting API to replace my roof and I couldn't have been happier. They really did a great job cleaning up which I was worried about especially with our driveway being so close to the house. Would definitely recommend them.

Professional and detailed work, efficient completion, sensitive to customer concerns and patient with answering questions. I have very high expectations and they met them all.

API did an excellent job with the damage from the storm. They put a tarp on the roof and then came back after our insurance company had a look to replace it. Great workers and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I believe they are doing our neighbors house as well. Keep up the good work.

They just came out last week to repair a leak we had in our kitchen. We were so happy after it rained this week and there wasn't a leak. Thanks guys we will keep you in mind for our new roof this fall. Jenny

We did a lot of research before deciding on 3 roofing contractors to call. API Roofing was of course one of them. The ratings from the BBB and internet comments made us feel comfortable in calling them for an estimate. They did an excellent job explaining everything and how the whole process worked. On a side note other roofers only gave us the estimate an were on there way no explanations. APIs price was very competitive and after calling a few of their references we knew we had found the right company. They just completed the job before the holidays and it looks great. We are so pleased and everything went as planned. They even left a few shingles for us in case we had another branch (many trees) hit our house. They also gave our neighbor a price for their roof and I think they will be starting over there in a few weeks. Good Luck Great Job!!!

API Roofing just finished our roof last week. We found them online and did a lot of research. After getting an estimate and calling a few of their references we decided to hire them for the job. We couldn't have been more happy. Finally a contractor that actually does what they say they are. After they were finished I found out that they had actually done a roof for a co worker of mine. We would recommend them to anyone that wants a professional job at an affordable price. Mary D

This company did a great job from start to finish. We had some storm damage and contacted API Roofing to come take a look at the damage. They handled everything even dealing with the insurance company and adjuster. Our roof looks great and we cant thank them enough for all the help!

API came out in the snow to fix our leaky roof! My husband and I were amazed at the quick response and in the bad weather. We were so happy that our roof was fixed so fast. Because of the quick fix we were able to save the sheetrock on our ceiling and just prime and paint it. We would definitely recommended them!!

Not only does my roof look great but the were so nice and helpful. I really didn't think people, especially contractors, cared anymore. Great Job KEEP IT UP!

We called API Roofing on a rainy Friday evening wanting to get a new roof estimate. They came out on Saturday morning for the free estimate and answered our many questions. By Saturday afternoon I had a detailed estimate including a reference sheet with many phone numbers and addresses in my email box. I could not believe how fast and smooth it went. After calling a few of the references we knew API was right for us. They have done our house and we have just scheduled them to do our large tool shed

We received the free shingle upgrade special they are running and it looks great! We are so happy with the 30 year shingles. It looks so much better than the 20 year shingles we had. After getting 4 roof estimates I decided on API. I'm a single mom and need to watch every penny I spend. Not only did they give me a great price but they were friendly and made me feel comfortable. It looks great and I'm very pleased with the whole process. The owner was there the entire time they were working on the roof. I had a few questions while it was going on and it was great to have him there. My mother has already called them to schedule an estimate for her house after seeing mine. THANK YOU!
