        My experience was due to the airbag recall. The second time I brought my car in they did not have the necessary parts. So I re-scheduled. After checking out I asked the customer service person the price of a car wash. I was given a quote. Much later I called for an appointment for a car wash. I apologize for taking the agent's time. I showed up for my appointment I was informed by the customer service agent that they do not off regular car washes. Only to customer who sign up for a special when they purchase a ew car. It seems here that we have a failure to communicate. Why weren't the customer service aware of the policy? I can't see how this dealer has been in business for as long as been in.
