Trinity Health Care

Dr Zimmer is great, but the office staff has been rude for several years now. I put up with the rude office staff and extremely long wait time because Dr Z is so knowledgeable. However, his newest nurse (about 2 weeks ago) is rude, unprofessional and snippy!
I am rethinking my healthcare choice. I think at the cost of medical visits, they should be a bit more compassionate and appreciate patients.
Reevaluate your office Trinity, please

I have been going here for over a decade. The best PA ever used to work here, Melissa Bahr Ronallo. Since she moved on to be a women's specialist, this place has lost its touch. To be a tad more specific, Heather Gonzalez is the worst!
I was recently robbed at gunpoint in Charlotte, and they took my purse which had all of my prescriptions in it. I went to THC the next day to give them the police report and see about getting my prescriptions refilled. She had me wait in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours before sending out her CMA with a post-it note saying she wouldn't refill my prescriptions.
Not once have I ever had anything like this happen to me! She treated me like I was a drug addict coming in off the streets! I would never refer anyone to go here! Not to mention the rude and snippy staff at the front desk!
I truly miss what this place used to be. But now, it doesn't even come close.
