At The Learning Ladder Child Development Center, we provide families throughout the Skagit Valley and Mount Vernon, Washington area with the most loving and personalized child care services and developmental growth activities for infants and toddlers. During your child's first two years they will grow more and develop further than any other time in their life. Because of this it is important to provide them with a nurturing and stimulating environment which will meet their basic needs and beyond. At this age, learning is very individualized and is all about experiencing and sensing the world at the child's own pace. Our teachers tailor their curriculum to meet the individual needs of each child. Offering 3 separate multi-age classrooms for preschool age children, we are able to provide a unique learning environment for every child we serve. This type of setting helps to empower the older children to teach and become role models for younger children. The Learning Ladder Child Development Center offers part time and full time preschool programs for children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old in the Skagit Valley and Mount Vernon, Washington areas. In our preschool program we introduce the children to a variety of concepts such as self-help skills, problem solving skills, and social & emotional development along with fine motor skills.         Great Place

        Our first son started when he was 3 months old and they grew with him until he eventually went to kindergarten there. Our youngest is still there and has just moved up to the "big boy room." They are very loving and nurturing.
