Im with several of the already posted reviews. Entitled brats having tbe audacity to actually complain that they have to wait, pay for and so on. Yea, it's you and I who made a place like this possible and you:, the one who had to wait an entire hour?... poor thing! How much hassle/running around did you do chasing dope? Idiot! Finally, if you're unable to drive after dosing, you're obviously too high and dosing for just that purpose. Again, idiot

After reading these reviews, I'm shocked. I have been going there long before these were posted and I can say, "I have never seen a drug deal in the parking lot". If your not used to your dose and need someone to drive. No they aren't going to walk you out and watch you leave. Bars don't walk drunks out to make sure they aren't going to drive, lol. Hospitals don't walk their patients out after being medicated. We are adults, they give us advice and rules to follow and if we follow them, it's our choice, they can't force us. Yes, Saturday closes at 10 a.m. but they open at 5 a.m., that's still 5 hrs Saturday mornings. If you get clean and phase up, you won't have to go on Saturdays anymore. I have children, run a non-profit, and my own business I never missed a day. I scheduled it in and I drive 30/45 mins there. Im on take homes and fixing to start dosing down to come off completely. This program can help people who want the help. It's not expensive at all either!!! You spend more than $13 a day on drugs and you hustled that. It makes me sick to hear peoples excuses. Either get clean or don't, it's your choice. These people are here to help us, that are trying to do better and stay better. They don't work for us. SMH...Anyways, if anyone is reading this and are considering the program. If your really ready, this is definitely for you!!!!

This place is Awful and when crowed a nightmare filled w/impatient addicts waiting for our doses, I've actually waited an hour. This has been my experience go n there over the last several yrs. This Center of Hope in Myrtle Beach is a joke. They allow us or others that just show up(our friends that don't go there for Methadone, but looking for deals/drugs) to hang out out front and smoke. Cigs are thrown on the ground, drug deals are made in the parking lot, NO ONE has a chaperon to drive them after taking something so potent...meaning I/we can take pretty high doses of Methadone and they allow us/let us get behind the wheel and just drive off bc they don't want us loitering. They don't check to see if we are driving after taking doses. It's like they want us to use larger doses bc it takes ALOT longer to come down so they make more money. This crap is expensive! Ill be honest I get higher on the Methadone then I did on wut I was taking on the street and this makes it legal. HORRIBLE!

I thought it was a great place when I first started going, but now I absolutely despise going there! I mean I HATE that place, and the director is horrible. They don't care about you at all, and they seem to think they are doing you a favor and seem to forget that you are paying for their services. They are just a really shady place, and they only except cash. Saturdays are the worst, you cant find a park and have to risk getting your car towed bc the director said she wasn't going to make the parking lot bigger, and if you don't get in there by twelve exactly, they will lock the doors, no matter what, but you still have to pay for that day. That place is just a disgrace!!! I literally panic trying to get there before they lock the door, and I have a 3 month old baby, so it is tough, bc I have to feed him and all before I can leave, and I am not going to rush my baby to eat!!! I have made an appointment with another place and I hope it works out!! oh yeah, and my counselor I had just switched me to someone else without even discussing it with me first! There is so much more I haven't even mentioned, but just based on what I have said so far, you tell me if you think this is a place that is trying to help!? :(
