The decision to take care of our body, mind, and soul is one that affects everyone around us. We would not dream of going years without sleeping. Our mind needs time to rest.         Overall

        I work long 12 hour shifts on my feet and my lower back hurts all the time. I went here has a reward to myself for working overtime lately. I thought I was getting a massage but it was so much more than that. She gave me exercise and nutritional tips. She even showed me some stretches I could try that would help lower back pain. I have increased my potassium intake and I don't get leg cramps anymore. Thanks so much for helping me feel better.

        Overall

        They actually listen to your problems and make you feel important. I felt like I was her only client. She explained what was going on with my shoulder in a language I could understand, but still professional. She even gave me 20 minutes of extra time at no charge and a $15 discount for my next massage. Its hard to find the right therapist, but I think I have found her.

        they definately helped me Just Relax

        I have had the worst migraines headache for days and I didn't think anything would help. I am still not sure what magic she did .. but I feel great and haven't had one since. Thanks!
