To Whom It May Concern:The appointment with Dr. Ballanger was set up for my 12-year-old daughter, before braces. Rude staff acted really superior and snotty to my daughter when she asked a question. This experience was on the pre-work meeting. The nurse or dental assistant was cold, and interrupted my child and myself repeatedly. When we asked a question she nastily repeated her previous sentence from the beginning, completely ignoring our questions. Now here the scary part, we were referred by Gentle Dental office what a great group of people, and I do not hold them responsible for the actions of their referrals.. We brought with us a tooth chart where the tooth to be removed was circled in pen and highlighted. The dentist Dr. Ballanger entered the room confused as if in the advanced stages of Alzheimer or simply had indulged the darker side of his nature and gasses himself before visits or surgery just to “take the edge off”.
