If for any reason your vehicle is damaged using this car wash they will claim no responsibility and will try to find a way to blame the damage on you! Let me explain to you what happened to me.

I took my vehicle, a Chrysler 200, to the Wash N Roll on Nolensville Pike 05/09/2015 for a membership car wash, but after going through the car wash when I was drying the car off, as I normally do, I notice that the Chrysler emblem was missing from the car hood. I immediately notified the attendants and they came and looked at my car and they could see that the emblem was missing. They went to look at the video tape of my car going into the car wash and leaving the car wash and it was determined that the emblem was on the car going in but was missing going out. So the assistant manager (Dillon) started to look for the emblem and he said that he could not find it and was going to order a new one and to check back in about a two weeks and I said that’s fine just let me know when the part is ordered.

Well needless to say the part was not ordered and to make a long story short on 6/06/2015 I finally talked with the store manager Marcus and he told me that he was not going to replace the car trim because he said when he found it in the bushes outside the car wash it had a piece of tape on it. According to him it was already damaged. I told him that this was not the case and that nothing was wrong with my trim until I entered the car wash and his equipment ripped off the emblem and that his store tape showed that the emblem was on the car when I entered the car wash and missing when I exit the car wash. I was a Platinum Member of the car wash and had used the car wash many times so needless to say I am no longer a member and if they would respond this way to a member just imagine if you were a non-member. I have pictures of everything plus they have a store video tape.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF! I signed up for a monthly car wash plan at $30.00, per mo. My back windshield wiper was broken off during my first visit. I decided to give them another chance and got a second wash. The day after that second wash, it rained. There was absolutely no clear protectant on the car and I could barely see out of my back window. (This was in May BTW). Did not hand dry the car after either wash. I had the plan for less than a week when I cancelled. They refused to refund me any money. I even offered to pay for the two washes that I had already received if they would refund me the rest. They said it was against company policy. I didn't cancel because I was broke or just didn't need the wash anymore. I cancelled because I was very unhappy with the quality of the wash. AUTOWASH EXPRESS IS ONLY $20.00, PER MO AND THEY DO A MUCH BETTER JOB.

I have been through a lot of car washes because I believe in a clean car. This is one of the best services I have received. From the interaction with the friendly staff to an extremely clean ride. It was all around a job well done.

I just got my Cadillac washed..not a good experience! Got home to wipe it down and my 22" wheels are scrached bad and one of them is bent and my tire is cut! When I pulled in the young kid was directing me..when I put it in neutral to let the auto wash do its thing...the kids hollered hit the brakes. So I hit the brakes and the whole back end of my car jumped up and slammed back down! It was obviously not in track and bent my wheel and cut my tire when it did..
