So listen up truck drivers and tow operators just some great constructive and important information for all of you..
A couple weeks ago I was looking for a roadside company to come out to a rest area on 495 in haverhill to simply Jack up a trailer and remove a blow out and install a brand new tire and rim.we had took the guy about 8 mins and charged us 448.00...???
We live with it and get over it ..NOW that same company oh wait I didnt mention there name yet did i??
Let's fix that..
Lowell Fleet Maintenance
26 Tanner St Lowell Mass..
Now I am returning from a trip to NY in my Ramp truck bringing back a Silverado for a dealer in Maine I hear a noise and feel a vibration I check the basics wheel lift down on blocks check to see if tires are loose I got nothing showed nothing but there is a noise so boss calls for a Wrecker because I wasnt taking a chance...
So the wrecker shows up big large Peterbuilt says Lowell Fleet
"Green Hornet"
The owner John and his girl Stacey hop out its pouring rain he says well drive it forward and back so I can hear the noise,so I do he hears it and says OK he removes one axle and hauls it from the front??!!?? Ok so I showed and told him problem is in driveline and he hauls it from the front??!?? He says he cant haul it from the rear because I had a load on??!??ok your the "Pro" we get loaded and hit dunks and head north..we battle him.showing obvious exhaustion, very bad rain, and some fog I hear how much further is it? How much further?? 250k on a truck has no GPS ,so we stop in front of green mt furniture in ossipee NH so he can take a leak and he comes up to my side of his truck and says and I quote" we have issues" I hop out and see what's left of the rear of my truck..
We lost tires, rotor, wheel lift L arm, handles for the bed are smashed, stabilizer bar is ground to paper thin on one side hun is completely gone.. now we have all had duals fall off that is what it is ..3 days later one of our drivers Nick Sindlinger found my tires 64 miles behind us at mile marker 6.6 in HAMPTON on 95....
So we call this company he blames the guy who put the tires on?? Did that same guy tell a supposed pro tow operator to KEEP GOING 64 miles spreading parts all over the highway???Totally destroying a Carrier???The reason for this post is we called the company and the owner spoke to our owner and once again I quote" you dont need our ins info I am not putting in a claim I am not at fault...... so the tires fall off your not at fault but you dragging it 64 miles is whose fault MORON????
we will have your DOT info and Ins info and so will the Highway DOT people who will wanna see how your going to say your not at fault for the deep gouge in the rd for 64 miles??!!?!?Lowell Fleet Towing yes sir top of the Dont Trust List..

Horrible , Rude, Nasty manager. Was told by tow truck driver I owed $90. He would not accept a check "cash only" I did not have it on me. I had just had surgery, had cast shoe , and pleaded with him not to take my car ~ My dog was in it. He let my dog out and sped away. When a woman near by who witnessed this horrible encounter...she offered to give me a ride. We went to my bank and I withdrew $90 as I was told I owed. The sign on their building said vehicles towed to this site $90` When we arrived at Lowell Fleet to get my car which had barely just arrived there ,,I was told I owe $145 ! He refused to let me speak to owner, refused to give me his name. The wonderful stranger who drove me there loaned me $55!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will report them to better business bureau, and ? seek small claim case. They are EVIL and Nasty!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Never give these guys business. They are very inconsiderate and do not want to be responsible for any damages that they incur on your property. I spoke with the owner various times regarding damages and he denies the responsibility (he is very rude – money hungry). Therefore, closing this note I recommend you do business with a company that you can trust.
