Quick Cab Transportation

I am a receptionist at a local hospital and there are plenty of times that patients need to call a cab home. Most cab services in my area usually do not operate or at least answer the phones on 3rd shift. The fact that Quick Cab does is pleasant because it allows me to give good customer service. My only request is that they work on their telecommunication skills and phone ediquett. It would also be nice if the business listed their address so that I can estimate approximately how far a cab is coming for pick up. Other than that I believe that the service is good.
