        A little less than a year ago, I bought a used vehicle for my wife from Carman Ford, and had a pleasant experience with this dealership. The staff was courteous and helpful, asking all the right questions to make sure we got the right car for our budget and needs. Our car is still serving our daily needs reliably, and I'd recommend Carman Ford to anyone interested in a quality used car or truck.

        My mother bought her new 2011 ...

        My mother bought her new 2011 Chrysler 300 from this dealership. For some reason they can't figure out why the brake light and other lights keep coming on that prevents the cruise control from working. Today we had to take the car in for a nail in the tire. No big deal, it happens. Mark, the service writer all but jumped over the counter and yelled at her about a comment written on a recent warranty visit. I was so shocked to watch someone treat a senior citizen this way and was very happy that I took the time and went with her. More amazing was hearing them talk about letting us sit until the shop closed because "they weren't going any where until closing anyway" and they did do just that. BEWARE! While the sales staff is great and are not responsible for factory problems, their service department is unknowledgable, rude, and untrustworthy. SHAME ON YOU!
