        I've taken my car to Rachel's for repairs twice now. They do a superb job at repairing damages.



        However, I've come to discover that they left a mess behind on the inside of my vehicle. When I picked my car up from the shop, I found several smudges of what appeared to be oil or some other kind of thick, sticky fluid left behind on my driver door panel. I also noticed a tiny piece from my gear console had not been put back into place.



        The big issue is that the day I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that my phone mount had been removed from it's position on my windshield, and was missing altogether. I called and spoke to the front office and was told that I'd be contacted back. A handful of hours later, they took no responsibility for the missing item based on pictures of the car taken before repairs and word of mouth from the person in charge of repairs. Nothing else to it.



        Make sure you remove all personal items from your vehicle before having it serviced at Rachel's.

        Being new to Clermont no experience with local body shops. They were very good. Easy to work with and followed through. Car was 9 years old and paint matched.
